Job Description

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in all the property's maintenance needs, physical appearance, and service requests. The Maintenance Technician's primary responsibilities include assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with managing service requests, preventative maintenance, capital projects, turnover / make ready processes, and maintaining excellent resident relations through superior customer service. On call & some weekend availability required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION

We offer an excellent compensation packet including a very competitive salary (DOE), bonus potential, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, HSA, etc.

Hourly Wage : $22-25 DOE, plus $2,000 annual bonus potential (500 / quarterly); Rental housing discount of 20% offered if living on site.
