Job descriptionBalanced mix of 2-3 days of clinic and 1-2 days in the OR Shared call of 1 week at a time, totaling 6-12 weeks annually Call may include facial trauma but is limited to a non-trauma hospital setting Dedicated support staff including 2 RNs, CMA, surgery coordinator, and 2 audiologists Competitive salary structure with potential for procedural bonuses Full benefits package including malpractice, CME, and 401(k) Signing bonus and relocation assistance available Paid time off and dedicated CME days Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology Fellowship training welcomed but not required Strong surgical skills and ability to manage general ENT cases Team-oriented mindset essential given noted group dynamics Bloomington-Normal is a growing central Illinois city with excellent schools and proximity to Chicago Local economy boosted by major industrial expansion Housing market is tight; relocation support and local connections provided Accessible airport and regional transit for ease of travel Benefit from steady income streams and potentially higher rates, mitigating financial uncertainties and instability. Practice Overview
- You'll join two full-time ENT physicians and one part-time neurotologist
- Standalone clinic with 6 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms on each side
