Position Title : Sales Support & Technical Recruiter

Location : Remote (Preferred Plano, TX / Detroit / Farmington Hills, MI / Nashville, TN / New Orleans, LA)

Anticipated Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025

Pay : $31 / hr to $35 / hr on

Job Description : Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for SAP, ServiceNow (SNOW), AI / ML, and related technical domains. This role also requires the ability or willingness to recruit for sales roles as needed. The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle technical recruiting for SAP, ServiceNow, AI / ML, and other enterprise technology roles
• Build targeted sourcing strategies to attract niche technical talent
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on deep technical requirements
• Maintain strong operating discipline with accurate reporting, documentation, and pipeline management
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements and drive hiring decisions
• Support sales recruiting needs, or develop capabilities to recruit for sales roles
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with timely, professional communication
• Ensure diverse talent pipelines and inclusive sourcing practices
