Compensation : $150k-$230k + highly competitive equity

What You Will Do

• Architect & Implement : Design complex Search infrastructure, including data pipelines, indexing systems, and query processing.
• Own Systems : Ensure stability, scalability, and performance across mission-critical platforms.
• Collaborate : Partner with product managers, AI researchers, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Optimize Performance : Identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
• Innovate : Research and adopt cutting-edge algorithms, technologies, and design patterns.
• Mentor : Guide and coach junior engineers on best practices, code quality, and technical problem-solving.
