Job Title: Account Director IT Services & Solutions

Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to grow and manage a key client in the healthcare and life sciences industry. This role is about building trust, expanding business, and making sure our client is happy. You will focus on digital marketing and customer experience solutions, helping the client succeed while driving revenue growth and long term partnership.
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for the client
- Build strong relationships with Marketing, IT, Procurement, and Vendor teams
- Grow the account through upselling and cross selling IT services
- Create account growth plans that match client priorities
- Meet revenue, margin, and account growth goals
- Handle renewals, contracts, and pricing discussions
- Identify new project opportunities across different divisions
- Position IT services such as:
- Application Development & Maintenance
- Digital Transformation & Cloud
- Data, Analytics & AI
- Enterprise Platforms (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
- Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Managed Services
- Work with delivery and pre sales teams to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure client satisfaction, SLA compliance, and quick issue resolution
- Support audits, reviews, and governance meetings
- Follow healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, GxP where needed)
Qualifications
- 12 15 years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Managed Services
- Experience managing large healthcare or life sciences accounts
- Background in account farming, revenue growth, and client retention
- Strong knowledge of IT services delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to turn business needs into technology solutions
- Experience with contracts, pricing, and negotiations
- Strong coordination skills across global teams
- Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred
- Experience with US based healthcare enterprises is a plus
- Familiarity with Bay Area client ecosystem is preferred
