A company is looking for a CPC Customer Service Support.
Key Responsibilities
Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
Document information across multiple platforms using two computer monitors
Work effectively in a high-volume production environment
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 10 : 00 am to 6 : 30 pm CST
Experience in customer service or a similar role
Comfortable with remote work and virtual communication tools
Ability to meet health screening and vaccination requirements as mandated by clients
