The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Two (2) to three (3) years supporting end users and desktops in a professional environment.
• Proficient in using technical tools such as Task Manager, ProcMon, Sysinternals, etc
• Skilled in installation and administration of operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11.
• Pay Range : $39.19 - $58.75 / hr; depending on experience
