AWI is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah . As a senior project manager, your performance is critical to AWI’s success. You will manage assigned projects from receipt of order, through design and production, to delivery and installation, providing team leadership and direction to maintain customer relationships while ensuring that projects are completed on-time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Complete assigned projects on schedule, within budget, and within scope while assuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage the commercial and technical aspects of assigned projects in accordance with company procedures and contractual requirements.
• Provide leadership for the project team and act as the primary point of contact in communications with customers, consulting engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project schedules for multiple projects in various phases of completion. Coordinate to assure adequate resources are available to execute project work to meet schedule requirements.
• Manage procurements to meet project requirements, including preparing requests for quotation, purchase orders, and packing lists.
• Prepare project documentation deliverables, including submittal packages and installation, operation, and maintenance manuals.
• Occasional travel is required to participate in customer meetings and to visit project site locations.
• Other duties as may be assigned
