ADP is hiring a Sales Recruiter .
As a Sales Recruiter , you’ll find, attract, screen, and hire job seekers for open positions at ADP. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for your assigned client group, including sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment of candidate suitability and fit, managing the interview process, and closing / negotiating offers. What You’ll Do
- Champion the Candidate & Hiring Leader Recruitment Experience. Execute recruiting initiatives and manage the active candidate pool while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience and internal stakeholder satisfaction. Manage the internal applicant and employee referral processes to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties.
- Build Relationships throughout the Business. Act as a consultant to the business, advise on market trends / competitive talent intelligence, set clear expectations, and drive the hiring leader relationship. Build and maintain strong partnerships with Human Resources, Global Employer Brand & Marketing, and other groups within ADP.
- Deliver Results. Deliver results as measured by metrics including cost per hire, data integrity, time to fill, candidate quality and diversity, process adherence, and candidate / stakeholder satisfaction.
- Leverage Tools and Resources to Set You Up for Success. Leverage the appropriate technology, tools, and resources needed to execute search strategies, especially when finding and attracting passive talent. Execute on employer branding strategies, supporting the @ADPCareers social media and digital platforms.

Experienced. Successful track record in volume or specialized hiring for full lifecycle recruiting in a consultative environment, expert knowledge of candidate assessment and screening, and experience with ATS, CRM, social media marketing, video interviews. Facilitate behavioral-based interview methodology and use diversity tools effectively.Relationship Builder. Showcase strong client relationship skills, prioritization, feedback delivery, and workflow management. Strong consulting, relationship management, and negotiation skills.Organized Communicator. Organized, multi-task, set priorities, follow up quickly, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive results.Preferred Qualifications
Recruiting certification (CDR, ACIR, CIR, etc.)HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR)Sales Talent Acquisition experienceCompensation & Benefits
Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Potential additional compensation includes bonus, equity, or commissions. USD $47,400.00 - USD $96,300.00 / Year
