Develop and design creative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences. Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to maintain profitability. Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and professional development. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Plan and execute special events, banquets, or catering services as required. Monitor food quality throughout the preparation process to ensure consistency. Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Experience in restaurant management, including team management and training. Ability to create diverse menus that cater to various dietary needs and preferences. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations. Familiarity with health regulations and food safety standards.
