At Stellic, we're seeking an Events Marketing Manager who will lead our sponsored and hosted events from strategy through execution, creating experiences that inspire our audience and drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do

• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of all sponsored and Stellic-hosted events.
• Play a key role in making our annual Stellic Summit a success with tight coordination and project management across key work streams within the company
• Manage the production and success of our webinar and virtual events programs
• Manage logistics end-to-end : venue selection, vendor management, budgets, registration, branding, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align events with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Create engaging pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize impact and ROI.
• Track, measure, and report on event performance and recommend improvements.
• Build processes that scale as Stellic grows, while staying agile and adaptable.
• Represent Stellic at events, ensuring an exceptional experience for prospects, partners, and customers.

$80,000 - $120,000 base salary, plus equity
