Job Summary and Responsibilities

Mercy Radiology Group, a large well-established and physician-owned radiology practice, is seeking talented Radiologists to join our expanding team in Redding, California. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a supportive and collegial environment while enjoying an outstanding quality of life in a vibrant Northern California community.

POSITION :

  • We encourage applications from radiologists with expertise in Body, Breast, MSK, Neuro, Nuclear Medicine, and / or Pediatric imaging.
  • Enjoy a flexible hybrid work model with a mix of onsite and remote responsibilities.
  • Achieve a healthy work-life balance in a location renowned for its outdoor recreational opportunities.
  • Schedule 8a-5 : 30p, 4 days / week
  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Opportunity will vary based on specialty and may include advanced outpatient imaging, ER / inpatient radiology, general radiology, and remote clinical work from home.

    • COMPENSATION / BENEFITS :

  • Competitive Compensation : $500,000 - $550,000 with partnership profit distribution of approximately $100,000+. Total base annual partner compensation = $650,000+

    • Significant opportunities for internal moonlighting, extra shifts, additional lucrative per-click compensation.

  • $75,000 sign-on bonus (for full-time)
  • Relocation bonus available
  • CME stipend and annual home / personal equipment budget
  • Comprehensive Benefits : fully paid top-tier health insurance, malpractice insurance, and supermatch 401k plan.
  • 8 weeks vacation
  • PSLF Eligibility : This position meets eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

    • Job Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred.
