CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer that is a Major Hospital in the McKinney area hiring Patient Access Specialist.

Job Title : Patient Access Specialist
Location : McKinney, TX
Pay : $17 - $19 / hr BOE
Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm
Job Description :
Responsible for professionally answering incoming calls, collecting co-pays and deposits, schedule healthcare appointments, answer questions, and order additional test for patients when directed.
Requirements :
Experience with patient registration procedures
Knowledge of insurance claims
Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers
Healthcare experience is preferred
Excellent and written communication skills resulting in positive communication
Extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize activities
Ability to work collaboratively with others
High school diploma or GED required
