Customer Service Representative
Providing world-class customer support to external and internal customers during escalated support inquiries. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting both internal and external processes and policies while upholding the highest standards of customer service for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handling customer support inquiries for products, services and policies through the toll-free line, or email.
- Serve as a point of contact (POC) to answer policy, product, and processing questions from our internal and external customers. Assist with training and coaching as needed.
- Proactively responding to customers that submit customer service complaints or product flaws through the product review process.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements in day-to-day operations both departmental and interdepartmental.
