Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on compensation, benefits, HR systems, and workforce strategy
Oversee benefits, compensation, and total rewards programs to ensure fairness, equity, and compliance
Manage leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and workplace safety programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (HR certification preferred)
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a management role
Deep knowledge of California labor law and HR compliance
Experience with benefits administration, compensation strategy, and HRIS systems
Nonprofit or higher education experience preferred
