- Leadsite design / documentation of retail and restaurant buildings(ground up tenant fill out remodel typeprojects)
- Developproject objectives scope andschedules
- Createa detailed projectplan
- Projectscheduling
- Clientcommunication
- Project / constructionadministration
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in civilengineering
- 8years ofexperience
- Ability to buildstrong relationships with clients and team
- Abilityto travel to site visits planning / zoning meetings and meetings withlocaljurisdictions
Salary iscommensurate withexperience.
