Job description
A company is looking for a Lead Sales Operations Analyst to provide analytics and optimize sales processes within the Sales Strategy & Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the sales compensation tool and deliver accurate commission calculations
Build and optimize sales analytics reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Drive core Sales Operations workflows and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or related roles
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
Expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement
Proficiency with SQL, data analysis, and visualization tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities with high-quality output
