Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for team members
Manage the intake of members with benefit reviews and infusion servicing capabilities
Resolve inquiries from internal partners and manage requests for services
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Knowledge of ICD-9 / 10 and CPT codes
2+ years of Pharmacy / Healthcare experience
Understanding of health care insurance including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance
