Payroll Accountant

Accounting Position

Performance Expectations :

• Process biweekly payroll for all employees.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Review and verify timecards and related payroll data.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure accurate employee data.
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and pay statements.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries.
• Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare and post monthly adjusting entries.
• Analyze financial information and produce reports as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
