As a member of our team, you'll assist patients with daily living activities, perform patient care tasks, and maintain a safe and clean environment. You'll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, adhering to the standards of care as defined by the Florida State Board of Nursing. Your role will involve recognizing changes in patient status and reporting them immediately, coordinating care with the RN and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or proof of competency.
