Assignment Details : Start Date : January 21, 2026 Ongoing Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 00a 3 : 00p + call (3p 7a) Call : Every night; minimal call backs (average 2 3 per month) Setting : Hospital-based; 1 OR Cases : General, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, GYN, Podiatry Skills Required : Epidurals, spinals, and blocks EMR : Medaxion Credentialing : days (temps available for qualified candidates) Requirements : Active Indiana license NBCRNA certification BLS, ACLS, PALS Clean background and malpractice history preferred About the Facility : Collaborative, all-CRNA environment with efficient turnover times and low-intensity call coverage.
