About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer for a 6-month onsite contract position in Denver, CO . The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboard development using Tableau. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create data-driven insights that empower business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of interactive Tableau dashboards and analytical reports .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineers to gather requirements and define BI solutions .
• Perform data blending, calculations, parameters, and custom visualizations to deliver complex analytical insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across all Tableau reports.
• Manage and maintain data connections and integrations with SQL databases and cloud data sources.
• Develop and enforce Tableau development standards, templates, and governance best practices .
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and present findings to senior leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts / developers and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions .
