Commercial Operations Manager

ASC is looking for a data-driven and strategic Commercial Operations Manager to serve as a critical liaison between the operations team and key customers, ensuring seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and alignment across departments. This role is designed to improve customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency across the organization and with our distributors. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has a can-do mindset, a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to excellence.

The Commercial Operations Manager will :

• Serve as the primary communication conduit between operations and customers regarding shipping dates, and supply issues.
• Align customer program expectations including lead times and service levels with operational capabilities, ensuring compliance, and working cross-functionally to address gaps.
• Partner with sales to increase selling time and streamline operational tasks.
• Track and report on the status of large, complex orders with high SKU counts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in communication and escalation processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
