What You’ll Do

Portfolio Management : Support and manage a portfolio of approximately 10 major corporate accounts with exposures ranging from $25M to $150M.

Credit Analysis : Perform financial modeling, projections, and sensitivity analysis. Review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to evaluate creditworthiness.

Relationship Support : Serve as the point of contact for existing borrowers, assisting with credit agreements, loan documentation, and annual reviews.

Loan Structuring : Draft term sheets, coordinate with agent banks, and ensure smooth loan closings under senior management guidance.

Compliance : Maintain “Know Your Customer” documentation, ensure Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance, and perform periodic customer due diligence.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with large corporate lending —deal sizes $25M+ preferred

5+ years in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, or portfolio management

Strong financial modeling and Excel skills

Ability to write concise credit applications and present findings clearly

Comfort working with mid-size to large global corporates across diverse industries

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Salary :

Depending on experience & skill

($125,000 - 150,000) Plus 2 bonuses per year 401K fully paid benefits
