Payroll Specialist

Job Description

Movement Search & Delivery is partnering with a commercial & industrial roofing company in Fort Mill South Carolina to find them a Payroll Specialist. This person will help with the transition to Viewpoint by Vista Software. They will be in charge of all things payroll for a team of about 80 full time employees.

Responsibilities :

• You will utilize Viewpoint by Vista to facilitate employee payroll on a regular basis
• This person will generate certified reports through Viewpoint, and ensure compliance with labor laws across various job sites
• New Employee payroll onboarding including getting them setup and trained in the payroll system.
• Ability to assist Accounting and Human Resources as needed
