This role leads hotel sales efforts to increase bookings and revenue by building strong client relationships and guiding the sales team. The director splits their time between direct sales (50%) and team leadership (50%).
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relations
Build and maintain business-to-business relationships to sell hotel rooms and meeting spaces.
Team Leadership
Supervise and support the sales team (Group Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator).
Strategy & Market Insight
Understand local market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Collaboration
Partner with other departments and Drury teams to grow business across all hotels.
Customer Service
Provide friendly, professional service to clients and guests.
