Our client is global top tire Manufacturer and they are looking for HR Specialist for their office in Richfield.
The HR Specialist is responsible for entry-level Human Resource functions, guidelines and procedures.
Assists the HR Director with administering most Human Resource functions of the employment life cycle; Payroll, benefits, recruitment,
onboarding, training and development, performance management & employment separation.
The salary is $20-$24 per hour (40 hour per week, full-time)
The role :
- ADP Payroll Management Exempt and Non-Exempt employees
- General ADP entries such as employee information, new hires, terminations, etc.
- ADP time clock management (in absence of department managers)
- Assist in Administration and Legal Management
- Recruiting, job advertisement and interviewing
- Payment of invoices and submission for approval in company portal
- Maintain accurate & confidential employee personnel files
- Employee benefits administration
- Provide CFO and Accounting Manager with monthly Payroll Management &Tracking Reports
- Planning office engagement activities, including once-per-month lunch for employees
- Sending out birthday emails & birthday gift cards
- Submission of 5500, EEO-1, 1095 / 1094s, OSHA 300, Workers Compensation True-up, etc.
- Ensure all HRM processes and polices are compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
- Provide HRM support to all company employees
- Maintain employee files with confidentiality
Qualifications :
