Job Summary
Industry leading children’s consumer goods company is seeking an entry level Assistant Sales Systems Specialist to support our Sales Systems Team.
This individual will contribute across several critical functions including Pricing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be an organized team player that can manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest level of organization.
Principal Responsibilities
- Execute pricing strategies developed by the Senior Pricing Team when quoting our retail partners.
- Develop bi-weekly recaps of open and available inventory whether in our factories or domestic.
- Help to process material and production release requests from our overseas factories.
- Maintain and check sales systems for accuracy.
- Assist with all aspects of sales related systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Entry level position with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
- Highly motivated individual with strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task while staying organized with strong attention to detail and superior communication skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
