We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and executive leadership team. In this role, you'll be the right hand to the CEO—managing schedules, coordinating travel, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization. The position is based onsite at our GXO facility in Greenwich, CT.

What you'll do on a typical day :
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and communications with precision and discretion
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
Organize internal and offsite meetings and events
Maintain confidential files and contact databases
Use AI tools (like Microsoft Copilot) to streamline administrative tasks
Track and manage expenses accurately and on time
Support the executive team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives
What you need to succeed :
At a minimum, you'll need :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 or more years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines
It'd be great if you also have :
Experience in global or regional organizations
Familiarity with AI productivity tools
Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working with data
Experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
