Account Manager - Military Division
Qorvo is a leading innovator and manufacturer specializing in RF (Radio Frequency) and MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) products and advanced packaging services. As the Military Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our strategic relationships with a critical customer, focusing on RF and MMIC products along with our foundry, extended foundry and advanced packaging services. You will ensure the alignment of our technology solutions with the complex needs of our customer, facilitating the enhancement of their operational effectiveness.
This is a remote position where we are open to candidates working remotely in Texas or Arizona.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead customer engagement and business development activity with a major Defense contractor, develop and maintain strategic relationships, understand customer needs and challenges, and positioning Qorvo as a preferred partner.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing excellent strategic relationships with customers' engineering, R&D, program management, supply chain and executive leadership teams, work closely with the Qorvo business unit teams to develop strategies that expand our market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert knowledge of RF and MMIC products as well as advanced packaging technologies to clients, helping them understand how our solutions can meet their specific requirements.
- Lead negotiation efforts for large contracts and strategic agreements, ensuring they meet the financial and strategic objectives of the company while complying with military specifications and regulations.
- Work closely with the engineering, R&D, and production teams to ensure that client orders are fulfilled with the highest quality standards and within required timelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to advise on potential impacts and opportunities for our business and provide feedback to the product development teams for future product enhancements or new product development.
- Maintain accurate records, provide regular reports on account status, challenges, and future opportunities, and ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field8+ years of professional experienceExperience working in the semiconductor and advanced packaging industryProven experience in account management, sales, or business developmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to manage complex projects and multi-task effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureWillingness to travel up to 40 percent of the time domesticallyAbility to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearancePreferred Qualifications :
