We are looking for an experienced pastry prep cook to join our joyful and rigorous kitchen team doing pastry production for our upcoming holiday project. This is a part time position initially with the possibility of a bigger role and full time hours.
Our daily-changing menu finds inspiration in regional Italian and French cooking and so do our desserts. As such, we seek a team member who is curious, communicative and dynamic. There is ample opportunity to learn and explore culinary traditions with premium ingredients guided by seasonality. Cooks become fully versed in their mise en place daily : we prep our fruit for sorbets, make laminated doughs by hand, cook large vats of chickpea porridge and hone our ability to make delicious, beautiful desserts.
