Ensures that we achieve our overall operational goals through the implementation of scaled tooling, automation, and process optimization.

Provide vision and direction to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Oversees the design, development, and execution of complex analysis to generate insights that support strategic decision-making.

Oversees the end-to-end identification, scoping, build, and implementation of globally scalable process, automation, and tooling.

Drives the product roadmap, ensuring true operational scale through productized solutions.

7 - 10 years of domain experience.

5 - 7 years of management experience.

BS / MS in STEM disciplines, including Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics,and Economics.

Advanced Stakeholder Management.

Advanced Process Optimization and Creative Problem Solving.

Business and Operational Acume.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential.
