We're building a team of A-players across marketing, growth, and technology—and we're looking for our first Talent Acquisition & People Manager to help us fund them. You'll be the heartbeat of our people operations—recruiting the talent that will build LOVE into a generational brand. From bringing in influencer marketers, data scientists, social media, sales, supply chain, finance and AI operators who will power LOVE's next phase of growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead recruiting across the company : from social media and content to sales, Amazon, DTC, and AI-driven growth and analytics roles.
- Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, from sourcing through to offer coordination.
- Help lead interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and culture.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on interview plans;
- Source candidates through Linkedin, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.
- Schedule interviews, manage candidates communications, and ensure a smooth respectful experience.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and help track pipeline metrics.
- Write and post job descriptions that reflect our brand and attract the right talent.
- Build an authentic candidate experience that reflects our founder-led, mission-driven culture.
- Partner directly with Kurt and department leads on org design, compensation, and long-term team structure.
- Oversee onboarding and ensure every hire feels inspired, aligned, and empowered from day one.
- Develop early HR systems, benefits, compliance, culture programs, tailored for a high-speed startup.
- Help shape and nurture LOVE's culture as we scale, hands-on, creative, data-literate, and passionate about wellness.
What We're Looking For
6-10+ years of recruiting and HR experience in CPG, startups, or high-growth brands (bonus if in beverage or consumer wellness).Proven ability to recruit both creative and technical talent —from social media storytellers to AI / data engineers.Deep understanding of digital culture, social media, and the creator economy.Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organization.Clear communication and a friendly, professional mannerComfort using and evaluating ATS tools and systemsAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities with speed and care.A genuine interest in talent, team building, and what makes a great hire.Confident working with leadership to design roles and scale teams.A builder mindset, organized, resourceful, entrepreneurial, and unafraid to move fast.Excitement about working daily in-person from our NYC based SoHo West office at a fast-paced CPG brand with ambitious goals.Why Be LOVE
