About The Role
As a member of our Provider Growth team, you will own the experience of new healthcare providers and their teams as they begin using our platform. Your job is to make onboarding fast, simple, and effective ensuring every new user sees value early and often. You'll run live training sessions, improve systems and resources, and help provider organizations successfully integrate Tandem into their workflows.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires both empathy and execution. You'll work closely with sales, product, and engineering to build scalable processes, surface feedback, and help the company understand what providers actually need. Your work will directly impact how many patients get the support they need and how fast we can scale.
This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Tandem's success.
