Encompass Support Specialist

A company is looking for an Encompass Support Specialist who will provide comprehensive support and administration for the loan origination system and its integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver first-level application support and troubleshoot internal support issues

Oversee Loan Origination systems and manage user account lifecycle

Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery and support software implementation

Required Qualifications :

More than 2 years of experience in technology within the Mortgage industry

Experience with Encompass Administration is a plus

Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment

Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills

Strong aptitude for process implementation and documentation
