About The Position

• Deliver critical care to complex cardiovascular patients, including monitoring vital signs, managing drips and ventilators, and providing post-operative care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Float to Med-Surg when required and provide care within RN scope and unit competency.
• Document care in accordance with IU Health policies and support a safe, respectful patient environment.
