We are seeking an exceptional operator to join Turing’s Office of the CEO as a Strategy & Operations Partner . This is a high-impact role designed for early-career professionals who want to accelerate their trajectory in strategy, operations, or leadership.

Think of this role as an executive apprenticeship : direct exposure to CEO-level decision-making, mission-critical projects, and the opportunity to shape the growth of a frontier AI company. Alumni of this role often go on to become senior leaders, founders, or operators in high-growth companies.

This role will provide you :

• Direct exposure to high-stakes, company-defining decisions.
• A steep learning curve — the equivalent of years of experience compressed into two.
• A launchpad into leadership roles in strategy, operations, marketing, or business building.

Compensation Range : $120,000 - $150,000 base salary + equity
