Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Alpharetta, GA! This is a 6 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role : Phlebotomist II

Location : Alpharetta, GA 30005

Shift Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Hours per Week : 40 hours

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Highlights : $18 - 21.30 / hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform accurate and efficient venipuncture, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Create a positive and trustworthy patient experience, explaining procedures clearly and professionally.
• Verify patient identity and ensure tubes are labeled in the patient’s presence.
• Handle clinical and forensic specimen collection following established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Complete all required documentation and recordkeeping accurately and on time.
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
• Provide coverage at multiple PSC / IOP locations as needed, often with limited notice.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, confidentiality, and process excellence.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience – Required , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Note : Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
