Role : Salesforce Developer

Location : Baltimore Maryland

Responsibilities

Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform (Apex Flows Lightning Web Components).

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

Participate in code reviews testing and deployment activities.

Support data modeling integrations and migrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.

Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

Maintain clear documentation of solutions and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent experience.

2 4 years of Salesforce development experience.

Proficiency in Apex Flows Lightning Web Components and declarative tools.

Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (APIs Data Loader).

Understanding of Salesforce security (roles profiles permission sets).

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

Salesforce Developer I and Administrator certifications (required).

Developer II certification (preferred).

Experience with version control and deployment tools (e.g. Copado Git).

Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
