ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Paula Faivre - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and acting as a liaison between the customer and our corporate partner. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing & educating them on relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services
  • Consult with customers about financial planning and insurance options
  • Assist walk in & call in customers with daily transactions and offer professional recommendations
  • Ability to learn market trends and product offerings quickly
  • Good with technology and ability to use multiple systems at once

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services or relevant sales
  • Self-motivated and driven to reach team goals and personal production goals
  • Enjoy a small team environment - Be able to support team members and work together to reach agency goals
  • Licenses in Property, Casualty, Life & Health insurance required
