DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :   (other duties may be assigned as required)

• Passion for cuisine, beverage, and culture
• Strong desire to work within a team-oriented company
• Desire to create an elegant yet approachable experience for all guests
• Personable, professional and positive
• Responsible and self-motivated
• Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in fine-dining service environments
• Strong beverage knowledge of classic cocktails and most common varietals used in Italy, France and U.S are a plus

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
