Employer Branding Specialist

Strengthen, promote, and raise awareness of Exadel's employer brand across all recruitment and digital channels
Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that attract relevant and top candidates using marketing best practices
Collaborate closely with recruiters and staffing managers to create compelling, culture-driven job descriptions that go beyond a list of requirements
Manage job postings through our internal system and ensure they're accurate, appealing, and aligned with brand standards
Partner with the recruitment team to design and execute comprehensive employer marketing strategies that align with company goals
Lead LinkedIn campaigns and other social media initiatives to promote open roles and increase visibility
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing to ensure Exadel's strategies remain cutting-edge
Track and analyze campaign performance and candidate feedback, providing data-driven insights for improvement
Manage and expand the company's referral program
Review and update internal materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with Exadel's brand and culture
2+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or communications
Proven experience creating engaging recruitment content and managing multi-channel campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and candidate engagement
Experience collaborating with HR, recruitment, and marketing teams
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and optimize strategy
Creative, proactive approach with a passion for people and culture
Passion for people, culture, and creating meaningful candidate experiences
Upper-Intermediate or higher
