Call Center Agent
This is a remote position. The Call Center Agent will be answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Duties and responsibilities include managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations, identifying the needs of clients and finding solutions to them, and answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Working conditions include being remote, shift-based in a call center that works 24 / 7, and operating in the Pacific Time Zone.
Requirements include the following computer specifications : Minimum Intel Specs : Processor : Core i7 8th generation (and above) or Core i5 10th generation (and above) with a minimum of 12 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD or higher storage with 2 GB graphics memory. Minimum AMD Specs : Processor : AMD Ryzen 5,7,9 (Minimum series 3600) with a minimum of 12 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD or higher storage with 2 GB graphics memory. Macintosh Specs : Processor : Core i7 / i5 / M1 / M2 with a minimum of 12 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD or higher storage with 2 GB graphics memory.
Main internet speed requirements include : Jitter : below 10ms, Latency : below 160ms, Upload : more than 25mbps, and Download : more than 40 mbps. A reliable power backup that could sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift) is required. Examples include generators, solar panels, and portable power inverters (UPS is not enough). An internet backup (secondary internet) is also required with Jitter : below 10ms, Latency : below 160ms, Upload : minimum of 25mbps, and Download : minimum of 25mbps. Power and internet backup is a MUST.
