Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for a Revenue & Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain AR aging schedules and execute dunning cadence

Prepare and send invoices, and manage customer payment documentation

Contribute to documentation and process improvements in revenue operations

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in AR, billing, or accounting

Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment

Strong organizational skills to manage recurring cycles independently

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with ERP or billing systems is a plus

Motivated to broaden expertise in revenue accounting or deepen AR specialization
