Key Responsibilities
Assigning project work to meet client needs and responding to customer inquiries regarding project status
Monitoring email inboxes for incoming projects and utilizing workflow management tools to set up projects
Managing and prioritizing projects to ensure deadlines are met while supporting other administrative duties as needed
Required Qualifications
2-year degree or 4 to 5 years of office-related work experience
1 or 2 years of computer-related experience
Expert skill in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Oracle
Ability to operate standard office equipment and maintain confidentiality
Experience in managing multiple projects under time constraints
