Qualifications:Proven experience in general maintenance and facility painting, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or high-end environments.Demonstrated a specialized skill in painting, finishing techniques, and surface preparation.Strong working knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and mobility.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
