Job Description

Our company is seeking motivated and enthusiastic college students or recent graduates as Event Operations Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of our events by assisting with logistics, vendor management, and on-site event management. You will also have the opportunity to travel and work with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of our events.

Responsibilities :

• Event venue preparation : research, requests, offer preparation
• Venue and suppliers research, budget, ticketing platform
• Coordination of internal departments before and onsite during the events
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials
• Assist with event registration and attendee management
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of our events
• Creating internal and external presentations
• Additional research tasks
• Sponsor account management, responsible for execution of commitments and client satisfaction
• Responsible for the event ticket platform
