Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and lead a team of cleaning professionals. This is a leadership role requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in operations management, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry.

Salary : Competitive Salary (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and manage cleaning staff to maintain performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Manage schedules, supply inventory, and operational budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and provide feedback to staff.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the commercial cleaning or facility management industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in operations management software or tools.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
