We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Business Development Expert. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to :
- Guide the sales process for a large and dense region or industry organizing and strategizing a busy schedule of sales calls and presentations to expand the sales portfolio and target high-yield high-risk accounts.
- Utilize an expansive internal and external network strong industry credibility and market insights to proactively secure business and outpace competitors for major accounts.
- Engage primarily with senior-level stakeholders to nurture and grow relationships exercising discretion to develop accounts consistent with company policies.
- Lead market research efforts to identify potential business opportunities leveraging deep knowledge of internal priorities industry specialization and competitive landscape.
- Prepare comprehensive due diligence and stewardship reports including complex financial analyses and market insights and represent the company at industry conferences and professional organizations.
