As a Risk Manager with our Randstad client in Washington, DC, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of the program's risk management strategy. This role is pivotal in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact cost, schedule, and overall progress management. The Program Risk Manager will be responsible for conducting risk analysis, implementing best practices in risk management, and effectively communicating findings to program team members and senior leadership through reports and dashboards. Furthermore, this position will actively participate in decision-making processes with senior leadership to determine risk responses and messaging.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Analysis : Analyze project / program documentation and collaborate with team members to define project characteristics and its risk profile.
DRI Facilitator : Facilitate structured Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI) assessment exercises with project team members. Risk Register Management : Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the risk register.
Data Development and Maintenance : Collect and organize project documentation, encoding project information into established systems.
Reporting and Presentation : Communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the risk management team through written reports and presentations.
